At Rush Organics, we want you, our customers, to be happy with your purchases. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, contact us immediately.
You have 30 days to return the product to us from the date of purchase.
Any product you return, must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Used products cannot be returned or refunded. An electronic copy of your receipt is available on our system, so there is no need to provide a receipt.
Products that cannot be returned/refunded/exchanged, due to health and hygiene reasons;
- Shampoo Bars
- Conditioner Bars
- Soap Bars
- Soap Savers
- Lip Balms
These items cannot be resold if returned, so therefore we cannot refund them.
We make every effort to ensure the products are packaged securely to ensure you receive your order in one piece. However, we cannot control the couriers and unfortunately some packages don't get treated as well as they should.
If your products arrive broken or damaged, let us know as soon as possible, and provide us with photographic evidence, so we can arrange a replacement. The replacement will be the same as the product originally ordered.
It is the customers responsibility to pay for the return postage costs, unless agreed otherwise. We recommend that the package is sent tracked to ensure it returns to us safely.
We cannot accept the return of products because you don't like the smell, colour, or have not used or looked after it properly. Similarly if you find that a particular bar does not suit your hair. This can be likened to purchasing a bottle of shampoo from a supermarket and not liking the way it makes your hair feel, you would not be able to return it on those reasons alone.
Unfortunately parcels can get lost in transit sometimes. If you do not receive your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue. We do not issue refunds for lost items but we will resend your order ASAP. It is the customers responsibility to contact us as we cannot physically monitor everyone’s orders. If we don’t hear from you, we assume you have received your order.
As a new, small independent business, mistakes will be made however we do our best to not let this happen. If we have made a mistake with your order, please contact us ASAP so we can rectify the issue.
Due to the products being handmade from natural ingredients, some bars will smell slightly stronger than others, just as the colours might differ slightly to the pictures. As all of Rush Organics' products are plastic free, some products are more exposed to the elements. With the bars, if the tissue paper is damp and stuck to the bar or the labels are lifting off, this does not warrant a refund or replacement as the bar is still fully functional.
We have a zero tolerance of abusive language, aggression and disrespect towards our team. Any customer who thinks that this course of action is acceptable will be black-listed and no longer welcome to purchase Rush Organics products. If we feel it is necessary, we have the right to discuss this behaviour with other small businesses we work with.
Please do not leave us negative feedback on Google or Facebook without speaking with us first. This is not a con to ensure all feedback left is positive, it is due to the fact that 99% of the time we are able to resolve the issue. Negative feedback can have detrimental and irreversible affect on any business, especially a small one. For this reason, we ask for you to contact us before leaving anything other than a 4/5* review.
