Order before 2pm and your order will be posted that day except for Sundays - Currently only valid for Mondays & Thursdays.

We now ship worldwide**. Shipping costs are more however if, for some reason, it charges you more than we would pay, you will receive a refund for the difference.

*Please note that once the courier has your parcel, we cannot control how long it takes to get delivered. Due to COVID-19, delivery may take longer.

**Customs duty costs are the responsibility of the customer.

COURIER

To keep costs down for our customers, we ship products via Hermes*. All packages are tracked to protect you and us. Track your parcel using your 16 digit tracking number.

We use Royal Mail to ship to ROI, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands, EU & USA. This is again to ensure that customers are not paying too much on postage.

For orders over £50 we send parcel via Royal Mail 2nd class signed for.

If you would prefer to us a different courier, please contact us before placing your order or leave a comment in the 'special instructions' box before checkout.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are in when your parcel is being delivered and it arrives damaged, please do not accept it and ask them to return to sender. If you have accepted the parcel in a damaged state, it's hard to make a claim. If you are out and it is left in a safe place in a damaged state, please contact us ASAP with photographic evidence. If possible take a video of opening it.

PACKAGING

All of our products are packaged in "green" recyclable materials. No plastic here!*

Our products are individually wrapped in acid free recyclable tissue paper.

Our labels are non-laminated and recyclable.

We use green Jiffy bags for smaller orders and cardboard boxes for bigger purchases.

If you order products without the tins, we will use a box to minimise the risk of breakages.

*To maintain our plastic free status, we have to spend more on plastic free packaging.
